New business systems and hands-on guidance to help studios grow.
Knute Rockne was famed for inventing the Football playbook — a collection of directions and tactics that would help his teams win.
Each playbook clearly articulates the organisation’s vision and strategy and translates this into actionable on-field tactics. They tell a story of how an organisation builds a scheme from the ground up: the styles and codes of the team, individual roles and responsibilities and of course, the plays that will create success.
Today, these documents are sacred. It’s the single most important tool to unite teams in a shared belief and give clear guidance on how they can outmanoeuvre the opposition.
Why rokne?
Great teams don't win by chance. They win because they've figured out how they work, how they show up, and how they make big decisions when it matters.
Studios are no different. But for many, new business and commercial performance get deprioritised. The work takes precedence. And the systems needed to grow consistently never quite get built.
rokne helps studios build those systems, bringing the clarity and structure to make growth more predictable.
